Toyota rental in Riverdale, GA

I had a great experience renting this Toyota RAV4 on Turo. The car was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was perfect for my road trip — smooth ride, great gas mileage, and plenty of space for luggage and comfort. The pickup and return process was easy and hassle-free, and the host was responsive and professional throughout the entire rental. The RAV4 drove excellent on both highways and city roads and made the trip stress-free. I would definitely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable SUV for a trip.

The car was clean, well taken care of, and ran great. We have 5 little children and used the seating room for our road trip. The price was half what other vehicles that seat that may go for with other car rental companies. My wife wants to trade in our Pilot for a Highlander now. This was my first time using Turo and didn’t read the instructions well enough to see that I needed to take a shuttle to the parking lot. The owner was very responsive and helped me figure things out. I wasn’t a fan of the air freshener but that was easily taken care of. And for others that have multiple children in and out of car seats just be aware that the 3rd row seatbelts are very difficult for children to use with booster seats and if a car seat is in the middle of the 2nd row it interferes with the folding seat to get in the back. Overall it was a great experience with the owner and the vehicle and would definitively use again. Just be aware of Atlanta traffic and plan to get to the airport early.

Amazing service. The host was extremely accommodating and understanding of the minor inconveniences that came up during my trip. The Toyota Tundra was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth, and the host made the entire experience easy and stress free. The car was clean, reasonably priced, drove great, roomy and the host, Manny even put on an additional shine inside when I arrived, while I was taking the required pictures. I would rent this vehicle again. I had no issues at all from the time of giving Manny a four hour notice of rental until I checked back in. HOWEVER, I HAVE A MAJOR ISSUE WITH TURO. They charged a 100% of the rental as a trip fee. I called to ask why and what determined the fee, although I know the agreement states a trip fee is $5 to 100%. The representative only said it depends on area. Furthermore, I am very disappointed that the host received $0, ABSOLUTELY NONE of the trip fee. Why, Turo are you keeping 100% of the trip fee? When I extended one day, Manny was accommodating. Again, he didn’t receive any of the trip fee. I was charged again 100% of the daily rental as the trip fee. This trip fee is shark type pricing. This is pathetic the host did not receive any of the EXCESSIVE trip fee. Also, Pathetic that it was 100% of the rental. Thank you Manny! You have a nice vehicle and you’re an excellent host.
