Toyota rental in Riverdale, GA

I had a great experience renting this 2024 Toyota Prius! The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I had quite a few questions, and they were always quick to answer and make sure I had the information I needed. Pickup was fairly easy once I figured out where I was going. If you’re not familiar with Atlanta’s airport, the airport layout can definitely be a little confusing at first, but once you get your navigation figured out, you’ll be good to go. The car itself drove very smoothly, was clean, and was exactly what I needed for my trip. I would definitely rent this car again the next time I’m in Atlanta. Highly recommend!

The car was clean, well taken care of, and ran great. We have 5 little children and used the seating room for our road trip. The price was half what other vehicles that seat that may go for with other car rental companies. My wife wants to trade in our Pilot for a Highlander now. This was my first time using Turo and didn’t read the instructions well enough to see that I needed to take a shuttle to the parking lot. The owner was very responsive and helped me figure things out. I wasn’t a fan of the air freshener but that was easily taken care of. And for others that have multiple children in and out of car seats just be aware that the 3rd row seatbelts are very difficult for children to use with booster seats and if a car seat is in the middle of the 2nd row it interferes with the folding seat to get in the back. Overall it was a great experience with the owner and the vehicle and would definitively use again. Just be aware of Atlanta traffic and plan to get to the airport early.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with this car. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was easy to communicate with, and pickup and drop-off were simple. The car was also very fuel efficient. I only needed to fill up the tank once we got back to Atlanta. I would definitely rent from this host again the next time I’m in Atlanta. Highly recommend!

Quality of the car — ⭐️BRAND NEW⭐️ She runs smoothly and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car. She still has the “new car scent” in there. This car got me from corner to corner while I was in Atlanta. Pickup location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It doesn’t get any more convenient than having the rental car parked right outside of Baggage Claim for Hartsfield-Jackson Airport! My handsome Host, Isaiah, was swift and clear with communication and so very friendly. I needed to adjust both my pick up and drop off times and he was patient and gracious with me while doing so. I’d rent this Turo again with no hesitation.

Host was outstanding, car was awesome! Very efficient and in great condition! Good in every way. Give yourself plenty of time to get to the parking spot to return the car. Will definitely rent from him again!

Great experience overall. It had been almost four years since I last used Turo, and this time the pickup process was a little different because the car was located at The Parking Spot rather than directly at the airport parking lot. I wasn’t familiar with the process at first, but the shuttle service worked very well. I would just recommend allowing a little extra time for the shuttle ride. The car was in very good condition, the instructions were clear, and everything was ready at the scheduled time. The hosts delivered exactly what was promised. I needed to extend my return time by about 14 hours, and the host responded very quickly and was very helpful in making the extension possible. The only thing that surprised me was the additional cost: $119 for approximately 14 extra hours, considering that my original rental was about $285 for roughly 90 hours. I found the extension quite expensive, although I understand that the pricing may be determined by Turo rather than the host. Overall, it was a very smooth and reliable experience. I really appreciated the host’s quick communication and assistance, and I would definitely rent from this host again.

Car ran smoothly and host was very communicative and made it easy. Pickup place was convenient and avoided a lot of traffic. Only complaint was there were some stains on the backseat. Other than that the car was clean. Would rent from them again.
