Toyota 4Runner 2022

This was my first time renting a car from Turo, my daughter has used Turo several times and recommended them. My overall experience with Turo and for this vehicle, renting from Joey was great. Very quick to respond to questions or concerns. Vehicle was super clean, pick up was convenient at airport car rental center. No problems with the vehicle mechanically. Only complaint, the 4Runner is high off the ground, which is fine, but the step up running boards were at a really odd height, seemed to be for looks rather than help with getting into or out of the vehicle. That being said, the price was great and I would definitely rent a car from Joey again.

Toyota RAV4 2016

The pickup and seamless. I was given the lockbox code prior to picking up the car. The host was exyremely communicative. I had to pick the car up later than expected and I had no issue. When I arrived, the car was in great condition: (1) comfortable leather seats, (2) very clean, (3) smelled great, (4) gas on full, (5) safe area, (6) nice sunroof, (7) spacious trunk and back seat, (8) working charger ports, Bluetooth, and radio, (9) mechanically sound (even though I purchased the roadside assistance since you never know), etc. When I first started the car, it sounded a bit loud. However, in my experience of renting cars, this is simply the way Toyota Rav4s sound (until you've driven them a few minutes). After about 5 minutes, the noise was gone and the ride was very smooth. TIP: Watch the odometer as the car can get up to high levels of speed pretty quickly! As far as fuel economy: use the ECO to conserve fuel. Although we've all seen a hike in gas prices, this car was decent on gas. Not as good as a newer Rav4 but pretty efficient (especially for an SUV). Because of a power outage, I found it challenging to find a gas station that had working pumps on the day of my return. However, I contacted the host and let them know I would be late returning the car (so that I could find gas!), but they understood. Luckily, I was able to return the car within the 30 minute grace period. It took about $48 to refill the tank to full (with about a quarter tank of gas already in the vehicle), based on current gas prices at the BP that's about 10 minutes away from the drop-off point. The mileage given is 200 miles (and I went over about 17 miles). The extra cost is 38 cents/mile, which I have no problem paying. If I hadn't had to search for working gas pumps, I'm sure I would have stayed within the 200 mile range (but again, the host was understanding). I did like that the host was communicative when I had a question (but didn't bother me when I didn't). To me, that's important because once I rent a car, I take care of it like it's mine. There are too many hosts on Turo who send constant messages while you're using their vehicles, and that can be a little bothersome (because of course, you feel obligated to keep checking for notifications and/or responding to messages asap when you're just trying to enjoy the rental). I also liked that there is an actual key to the car. I don't like cars where it's only accessible through your phone. I always get paranoid about this because what if something happens to your phone (i.e., you lose or break it, or forget your charger and it dies)? Yeah.... I like a key! Lol. One suggestion I would give the hosts (because I didn't see it), is to add in an option to purchase "unlimited miles" for in-state travel. All in all, I enjoyed this rental and the host deserves a 5 star! I look forward to renting from them again!

Toyota Sienna 2014

We needed to rent a van for our Niece’s college graduation and this Toyota We gave a total of 6 family members a comfortable smooth ride! We are non-smokers and were SO pleased as to how fresh the car smelled. The gas tank was full and believe it or not, refill up of 91 octane wasn’t too expensive. The host was really informative regarding drop-off and pick-up of the vehicle which we didn’t need anyone to assist in-person. I had a question and the host responded back promptly. We would certainly rent from this host again!😀

The Toyota van is an excellent car. It's fairly new and still smells like a new car inside. Spotless! It's quite spacious inside despite its modest exterior dimensions. We traveled with five adults and a lot of luggage. Everyone was able to sit comfortably. And the car fits into parking spaces and garages that no SUV or pickup truck would fit into. The car is fully equipped and the seats are very comfortable. We drove over 1000 km in nine days with very economical fuel consumption (hybrid technology). We would choose this car again anytime. Aadil is an excellent host. He provides you with all the relevant information and responds very quickly if you need to know something while on the road. He is friendly, helpful, and even gives unsolicited tips (such as where to park cheaply at the airport). Thank you very much for the excellent service! Greetings from Germany, Jochen Greetings from Jochen

Skip every car rental counter and give Turo a chance. I am a Dave Ramsey follower and that means I have ZERO credit cards which also means it’s nearly impossible to rent from the car rental companies. After they denied me I looked for other options and I am so glad I did - for the cost along ( 1/10 of the cost of a traditional rental car), just give it a try! This was the second time using Turo and I would It was perfect for our family vacation to DC! Our host was so flexible and responsive when I messaged him and it put me at ease since this is only the 2nd time using Turo. Also my daughter uses a wheelchair and the Sienna had ample space and then some in the rear cargo area for it without even having to take off the wheels. The van worked perfectly and I wish I could switch my Pacifica I drive at home with this van! Thank you !

My credit card wasn’t working for some odd reason and rental companies wouldn’t let me rent a car so I booked this Turo last minute and it was a reasonable price for five days. I will do it again when I come back to Vancouver in August.

Eduardo’s 2026 Toyota Sienna was absolutely perfect for our family trip. It comfortably fit me, my wife, our 5-year-old daughter, and my wife is also 8 months pregnant, so comfort was especially important to us. The Sienna was incredibly spacious, smooth, and practical for both passengers and cargo, and my wife was very comfortable throughout the trip riding in the back. The van was spotless, and one thing we really appreciated was that it smelled genuinely clean without any artificial fragrances or overpowering scents. That made a huge difference for us. Pickup and return were both contactless, seamless, and very efficient. We had absolutely no issues with either process. Eduardo was also excellent to work with — very communicative, responsive, polite, and professional from start to finish. Until we get our own minivan, we’ll absolutely be coming back to rent from him again. 5 stars, highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience renting Ronald’s Toyota Sienna through Turo. The van was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It drove smoothly, had plenty of space for passengers and luggage, and was perfect for our trip. Ronald was a fantastic host—friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout the entire rental process. Pickup and drop-off were simple and convenient, and he made sure everything was easy from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from Ronald again and highly recommend both him and his Toyota Sienna to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and hassle-free rental experience. Thank you, Ronald!

This was our first time using Turo and it was fantastic! The minivan was wonderful - worked perfectly, was clean, in great shape, fit all our luggage (for 4 large suitcases, a few backpacks, and a rented scooter). No weird smells - it was perfect and I highly recommend! Fantastic and quick communication answering all of our questions. There was a shuttle to get to the car (just like most car rental companies at MCO). It was easy and quick, even for a frail 80+ member of our party. We chose this car over a car rental company because it was cheaper (actually free) to add a second driver and because the car had a transponder for tolls so we didn’t have to rent one. All we had to do was reimburse for the tolls that we used. Highly, highly recommend this van and owner. Our experience was perfect.

Brooks was an amazing host. From 0-5, I would give her 10 stars. If you are looking for a suv at a good price compared to traditional car rental companies for GNP, then don't look elsewhere and just book Brooks Toyota RAV 4 before someone books it. 🙏

Toyota Corolla 2026

Here’s a warm, polished review you could post for the host and the Toyota Corolla rental: I had an amazing experience renting this Toyota Corolla through Turo for two weeks. The car was clean, reliable, fuel-efficient, and drove perfectly the entire trip. What truly stood out, though, was the host’s customer service. They responded immediately every single time, were incredibly friendly, professional, and beyond accommodating. I had to make several changes to my reservation throughout my trip, and they handled every adjustment with patience and kindness without ever making the process stressful. That level of flexibility and communication is hard to find. If you’re looking for a smooth, hassle-free rental experience with a dependable vehicle and an outstanding host, I highly recommend booking with them. I would absolutely rent from them again!

David was great to work with! He answered questions promptly and checked in mid trip to make sure all was good with the van. The van is beautiful, just like new, rides nice and fit 6 of us very comfortably. We had the van delivered and picked up at the location we were staying at, WOW, it was so convenient and worth the small added fee. I would definitely reach out to David again if we need to rent a car!!

Toyota Camry Hybrid 2015

I had a great experience renting a 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid through Turo. The car was very clean, comfortable, and drove exceptionally well. The hybrid system worked flawlessly and made it great on gas, especially for longer drives. The host was excellent with communication and made the entire rental process quick and convenient. Everything was exactly as described, and there were no surprises at pickup or return. Overall, this was a smooth and reliable rental experience from start to finish. I would absolutely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to others.
