This was my first time using Turo, and it was a great experience. The car was immaculately clean, and the free delivery was extremely helpful and very much appreciated. It was also my first time driving a Tesla Model 3, which was a fun experience overall. One note for first-time Tesla renters: the car lost about 20 miles of range overnight when parked, which was likely due to it not being fully locked or Sentry Mode being active. Once properly locked, overnight loss was only around 2–3 miles. Just something to be aware of if you’re new to Teslas. Also helpful to know: there is a physical button to close the trunk, so you don’t have to do it from the touchscreen. I used John’s profile the entire time and didn’t create a separate user or connect the Tesla app, although I could see in the vehicle that other Turo renters had done so. One additional note for families: a toddler car seat did not fit comfortably behind the driver’s seat (no leg room), so I placed it behind the passenger seat and moved that seat forward. Something to keep in mind if you plan to travel with a child in a car seat and have four total passengers. Overall, a smooth and positive rental experience. I would definitely use Turo again.

The vehicle was exactly as described. clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. Pickup and drop-off were incredibly easy, and the host made the entire process convenient and efficient. What truly stood out was the host’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They genuinely care about providing a great experience and made this one of the best Turo rentals I’ve had. Even though my rental was only for two days, I felt completely taken care of throughout the entire trip.
