I loved the pickup location. It was at a gas station under a lamp post. It make it super easy to see and top off for the return. The car got about 35 miles to the gallon which we very much appreciate since our journey took us from Kentucky to Massachusetts. We did bring out own phone holder because we couldn't figure out how to us the one provided but I think if our phones were smaller and more boxy, it would have worked fine. Maybe. It drove solid and everything works in it for a car that's over 10 years old. I would 100% rent this car again. The host was nice when I messaged him but we didn't really need him during our trip because the pick up was clear and the car drove like a dream. My interactions with Sergei wasn't a whole lot. I tried to ask how to use the phone holder and couldn't figure it out.

The car was very clean, easy to find, the host communicated well and fast. The only issue was upon returning the vehicle, I had a business owner, at the plaza where I was told to return the car, call the police on me because I was parking the car in “his” parking lot. I recorded the incident it has since went viral online but I really didn’t appreciate being put in the middle of that. Other than that, everything went well! Would definitely rent from them again!
