The car was very clean, and pickup was quick and easy. The host was extremely responsive and made the entire process smooth. If I’m ever in the Cincinnati area again, I would definitely rent from him again!

Host was great, pick up location was great, car was clean (however there was residue on the inside of the windshield that appeared to maybe be dash cleaner spray that made it hard to see out of until I cleaned it) I rated 4 stars because there was also no way to charge my phone in the vehicle I needed for directions to get around and I was unable to connect my phone to the car either. But overall great experience.
