Thank you for your feedback. Here is the complete story, previous guest parked the car in economy lot due to garage was full. We asked guest that we will bring the car to you directly to arrival terminal so he does not have to take the shuttle to economy lot. But seems like for small kind act cost us 4 stars. We will further improve our service. We appreciate your business and happy to earn in the future as well.

Was not able to return car to the garage at the airport. Had to park at a different location and owner was not available to help me with the issue at the time of dropoff.
Thank you for your feedback. It was a unfortunate situation due to CVG garage work they send all the cars to economy lot. We provided all the information to the guest but seems like we fell short to guest expectations. We could not control this situation as airport parking are manage by the Airport authority. We will improve our communication moving forward.

Perfect rental. The brakes are a little touchy and the sensor for the anti collision is also very very very sensitive to anything. It will start tapping the brakes driving on the hwy with no one ahead.
Hi, thank you for your feedback, This Toyota has the latest 3.0 Toyota safety sense including pedestrian detection, what you mentioned it when any object comes infront of car it detect and start applying brakes to slow down if driver not paying attention. Very cool safety feature. You can change the setting as well. We would be happy to earn your business.
