Quality and pickup are good. The unexpected parking fee was disappointing.

Unbelievable I reimburse you the parking at you still rated me 3 ? Thats not fair.
It was my first time renting with Turo and I had a good experience. Easy pick up from the airport. I jut wasn’t aware that I had to pay to take it out of the parking garage ($23). Outside of that, all was good. The car ran like new, no issues! Great host.
