This was my second time renting from Arsen, and once again it was a great experience. Arsen is super kind, responsive, and incredibly understanding—especially when Snowmageddon 2026 forced me to extend my trip unexpectedly. That flexibility alone deserves major appreciation. The Jeep Patriot was clean, smelled good, and exactly as described. It is an older vehicle, so don’t expect a 2026 Rolls-Royce—but it is reliable, honest transportation. Despite not having 4WD (what a week for that 😅), it still got me around during some pretty wild snow conditions. A little sliding and a couple stuck moments here and there, but honestly? It handled way better than expected given the weather. If you’re looking for a dependable ride and a host who genuinely cares, Arsen is a solid choice. I’d absolutely rent from him again.

I had such a wonderful experience with my rental! The host was super polite and incredibly flexible. I had to change my pickup and return times a few times, and he was more than happy to help me out. He even assisted me in locating the car in the Expo Center parking lot! 🤦‍♀️ The jeep was clean and drove really nice. I couldn't have asked for a better rental experience! Thank you!

This was my first Turo experience and Arsen was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was very quick to respond to my messages and answer any questions. His jeep had plenty of room for my large suitcases and extra cargo would definitely rent from him again!!!
