Uhlan was a great host, and the car was nice and clean. We had a few issues during the rental but Uhlan was very responsive and issues were resolved quickly. We would definitely rent from him again.

I rented a 2024 Nissan Rogue from Ulan for one day while my car was in the shop, and the experience was excellent. The vehicle was very clean, safe, comfortable, and in great condition. Pickup and drop-off were easy, convenient, and felt very secure. Ulan was accommodating and professional throughout the process. I would definitely rent again!

Everytime I rent a car I love going through Ricardo…they answer anytime I have a question, they have there team there if you need to pull up for any reason, the cars drive well they always cleaned…it’s an all around great experience with going thru them to get a car

I rented a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder for a weekend trip, and the whole experience was excellent. The SUV was spotless, clearly well cared for, and drove beautifully—perfect for the long drives back and forth across the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway. The host’s communication was top-notch. She called personally to arrange everything, and even though our drop-off was late at night and pick-up was early in the morning, she greeted us warmly both times with a genuine welcome and send-off. That kind of hospitality made the rental feel personal and stress-free. The Pathfinder was very comfortable for our group and fit the occasion perfectly—a surprise birthday weekend. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend both her and her vehicle to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and friendly Turo experience.

My first time using Turo and if it always goes this well I’m never going back to regular car rental! Communication was excellent. Car was nice, new, and clean. We were greeted right away at the airport with a smile. We needed to bring the car back to a different location and since it was within 10 miles of their office there was no charge. We got a bit lost and they were extremely patient with us. I would not hesitate to rent from this amazing company. Thank you so much!!!!

First time using Turo after being recommended by my Air Force moms group! The process was very easy and comparable price wise to the "major" rental agencies (without the crazy $3-500 hold on your credit or debit card!) The car was clean & beautiful! Very fuel efficient as well. It came with 500 free miles. Communication was prompt and thorough. Would definitely use Turo and BB3 Premium for my car rental needs again!

Host was very responsive, courteous, and understanding. I would say I had zero issues with car retrival and return. I recieved the car in a clean functional condition. He's probably the best in the area to rent from and I would recommend this rental to others. This was my first Turo rental, and honestly I'm not sure if I will be using this platform again due to no fault of the host (but I'm not sold on the idea that Turo is right for me).
