Mike was a great host. He was very responsive and when I had an issue he was willing to take care of it. The car is also nice and drives well. I would definitely rent from him again.

Pickup and drop-off were easy, convenient, and felt very secure. Ulan was accommodating and professional throughout the process. I would definitely rent again!

Everytime I rent a car I love going through Ricardo…they answer anytime I have a question, they have there team there if you need to pull up for any reason, the cars drive well they always cleaned…it’s an all around great experience with going thru them to get a car

I rented a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder for a weekend trip, and the whole experience was excellent. The SUV was spotless, clearly well cared for, and drove beautifully—perfect for the long drives back and forth across the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway. The host’s communication was top-notch. She called personally to arrange everything, and even though our drop-off was late at night and pick-up was early in the morning, she greeted us warmly both times with a genuine welcome and send-off. That kind of hospitality made the rental feel personal and stress-free. The Pathfinder was very comfortable for our group and fit the occasion perfectly—a surprise birthday weekend. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend both her and her vehicle to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and friendly Turo experience.

My first time using Turo and if it always goes this well I’m never going back to regular car rental! Communication was excellent. Car was nice, new, and clean. We were greeted right away at the airport with a smile. We needed to bring the car back to a different location and since it was within 10 miles of their office there was no charge.
