Damage incurred by 3rd party and having to deal with the aftermath ruined my experience. Host never contacted me directly but was understanding and supportive via text. Im not rating the vehicle a 5 but the host for working with me to resolve the issue. Though it took a considerable amount of time to resolve.
Feedback: I was given bad/conflicting directions from Turo on how to proceed. I was told until the vehicle was recovered I couldn’t cancel my trip. It cost me another day of expenses. Not happy with that. I HAVE NEVER IN 35 years of renting vehicles and I have had plenty, has something like this happen.
