The car was perfect for the price! I wasn’t able to get the Bluetooth to work so I just wanted to mention that in case anyone has a make or break of Bluetooth audio.
Car was great for hauling everything I needed for my daughters wedding. Host was very accommodating and even removed the 3rd row as I requested. Would definitely rent again if I need the extra space. Thanks again!
First time doing Turo, great experience. I knew what I was getting the car was in perfect condition detailing done, better than car rental companies. Pick up and drop off was easy. I will definitely use again
This Toyota Sienna was perfect for our family trip! It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone and all of our luggage. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and made the entire rental process easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend renting from them and would definitely book with them again in the future!
The quality of the car was top tier; clean, comfy, and modern. The hosts responded promptly, professionally and kindly. Any questions I had they answered. The van ran smoothly, it’s a hybrid so it saved me a lot of money on gas. Thank you so much this rental was a blessing to my family.
Great experience renting this car! Everything was clean, the gas mileage was great, and the car ran smoothly the entire trip. Everything went well, and I had no issues at all. I would definitely recommend renting this car. Thank you for a great experience!
The 2016 Toyota Prius was exceptionally clean, well maintained and it drove smoothly. It exceeded our expectations in both comfort and performance! The pick up and drop off was extremely convenient. The process was seamless and making our entire 1st TURO RENTAL experience stress free. The host was outstanding, professional, responsive and very accommodating from start to finish. They went above and beyond to ensure our 1st TURO experience was great. We would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to others!
The car was great and really useful for our family trip. We would definitely book again there’s plenty of room.
Angela was a great host. Quick and responsive and supportive. The minivan! We went from San Ramon to San Diego without needing to fuel and we had the A/C on the entire time! Rear passengers have sunshades, reclining seats, and AC as well. Would definitely rent again and would consider buying this vehicle as we are in the market for a family hauler. My mom is also 81 and the minivan was the perfect height for her in to step in/out of.
Great car! Well maintained and the brakes worked great. Even more, the host was wonderful, he was incredibly nice and very accommodating! Would rent from again
I rented a car for our LA trip, and it was such a smooth and enjoyable experience! The car was clean, comfortable, and very economical—exactly what we needed. Sevinj took care of everything for us, making the whole process easy and stress-free. She was attentive, careful, and very professional throughout. I truly appreciated her help and would absolutely rent again!
The host was quick to respond and the car was in great shape and I had no problems with it. The billing department was another story when I wanted to extend the trip they increased the monthly rental fees by backing up to the original start date with the new seasonal rate without letting me know.
Amazing car! Drove super nice, was great on gas, super clean and so many cool features in it! I fell in love with the sunroof! Now I am raving to my husband that I want a Toyota Rav! Host was super clear on pick up and drop off instructions and would 10/10 recommend if you need a smooth reliable roomy car! Thank you again 😊
