The quality of the car was top tier; clean, comfy, and modern. The hosts responded promptly, professionally and kindly. Any questions I had they answered. The van ran smoothly, it’s a hybrid so it saved me a lot of money on gas. Thank you so much this rental was a blessing to my family.

The 2016 Toyota Prius was exceptionally clean, well maintained and it drove smoothly. It exceeded our expectations in both comfort and performance! The pick up and drop off was extremely convenient. The process was seamless and making our entire 1st TURO RENTAL experience stress free. The host was outstanding, professional, responsive and very accommodating from start to finish. This Toyota Sienna was perfect for our family trip! It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone and all of our luggage. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and made the entire rental process easy from start to finish. Very comfortable car. Good for a today trip that's fully loaded and you want good MPG. Owner documented pics on arrival so that was extremely convenient and appreciated. Would rent from again.

Angela was a great host. Quick and responsive and supportive. The minivan! We went from San Ramon to San Diego without needing to fuel and we had the A/C on the entire time! Rear passengers have sunshades, reclining seats, and AC as well. Would definitely rent again and would consider buying this vehicle as we are in the market for a family hauler. My mom is also 81 and the minivan was the perfect height for her in to step in/out of.

I rented a car for our LA trip, and it was such a smooth and enjoyable experience! The car was clean, comfortable, and very economical—exactly what we needed. Sevinj took care of everything for us, making the whole process easy and stress-free. She was attentive, careful, and very professional throughout. I truly appreciated her help and would absolutely rent again!

The host was quick to respond and the car was in great shape and I had no problems with it. The billing department was another story when I wanted to extend the trip they increased the monthly rental fees by backing up to the original start date with the new seasonal rate without letting me know.

Im a big fan of the Toyota Sienna and their 2026 Sienna was great! It more than accommadet my family for their visit. Will definitely rent again in the future!
