The car itself was in perfect condition: spotless, filled with gas, and even had a dog bag thoughtfully installed for us. Pickup and drop-off were effortless thanks to his easy-to-follow instructions. I was so impressed not only with the quality of the vehicle but also with James’ top-notch “customer service”.
