The rental was excellent! Aside from a bit of confusion regarding the mileage limit and accessing the gated area to pick up the vehicle, the overall experience was great. The van was clean and had a full tank of gas upon arrival. The owner provided excellent customer service and responded very promptly. I would definitely rent from them again.
This was a GREAT ride and rental. I’ve never driven a cargo van before and this one really had me impressed. From the features to the overall style of the van, it was EXACTLY what I needed to accomplish my task. The host Sarah made the check in/out extremely easy and communicated very well throughout the process. If I need another cargo van rental I’d rent with her again.
Absolutely LOVED the car. Not really ideal for a roadtrip unless you have the time and patience to stop and charge. But overall, amazing car. Drove great. The self driving feature was definitely my favorite.

The ride was great. i did find a dent in the rear passenger fender that i didn’t see in the pictures or description that i was a kind of annoyed at at first but its fine, its barely noticeable and the car gave me zero performance issues.

Van was excellent and spacious for moving a 1br apartment setup, the extended van length was long enough for a sofa frame, mattress, and many pieces of furniture for a secure move in process. It was nice to have a van with extra space that was also easier to drive on the streets of Atlanta than a box truck. David was super helpful and accommodating during the check in process and duration of my trip. I would rent from him again!
