Hi Dorisol, I’m glad the van worked well for your trip. I’m sorry there was confusion about pickup, but the booking did not advertise a pickup location at or near the airport. I also provided pickup instructions in our messages. I understand the extra Uber cost was frustrating, and I appreciate your feedback.
The car drove and rode great. We used the vehicle to go out of town and my kids want a van now

There were issues with the tires as the tire pressure light was on when the van was picked up. The van had to be taken and the tire plugged.
