The car was clean. I booked to pick up at ATL but it was parked off site. I intentionally picked this rental so I could pick up at the airport since I was traveling by myself with two kids and more luggage than hands. I had to wait 20 minutes in the humidity and rain before I could reach them to unlock the car. No instructions for key location. No return instructions were given. I had to walk a mile to the entrance of the parking spot to be picked up since I am local and not returning to the airport.
