The car itself was good, the trip and check in was smooth, and the folks were nice. However, I had booked a low budget hybrid with really high gas mileage to accommodate my incredibly thin spending ability, but the car was unavailable (through no fault of the company- someone had damaged in it). Still, I ended up paying a lot more for gas than I really had available to spend, and they couldn’t offer me a price discount or more trip miles for this trip, so I was just…SOL. They did offer me future discounts but - yeah. Careful with your budget folks if you’re on a very thin dime.
