Great experience! The Audi drove very well and was a pleasure to drive. It was clean, comfortable, and had great gas mileage. The host was also communicative and easy to work with throughout the trip. I would definitely rent from them again!

When we got to fast track to pick up the car, it was not ready. It had to be cleaned and then when we got in the car, the air-conditioning did not work and they had to charge the air-conditioning. We were there for one hour once we got the car. Everything seemed fine until the next morning we went to get in the car and the key fob was dead. Took forever to get the key fob to get in the car. We then had to go find an auto parts store to buy a battery for the fob so that we could use the vehicle. All of this time took away from our vacation. I did text the contact person, Ben and asked him to reimburse us for the key fob battery and I have yet to get that reimbursement. The rating will be determined if I get my money back or not.

We had a couple mechanical issues with the car when we picked it up, and Ben took care of the problem right away. He was super nice and very apologetic. While we didn't have the Audi for our trip, we did have a nice VW. Thanks Ben!
