First time renting with Turo. The process was a bit much to start the rental with multiple photos needing to be sent to specific sections of the work sheet and eventually making me dow load the app itself to fully wrap everything up. I didn't realize this and already started driving the car so I had to finish things in the car which was troublesome. It wasn't the hosts fault, but it's a procedural thing that could be better. As far as the car itself, it was solid for the trip I needed it for. A quick down and back to the airport and it made it flawlessly. Would rent with them again. The vehicle does need some sprucing up as the bumper is loose, but it doesn't stop functionality. I wouldn't have even noticed if I didn't have to send in those initial pictures to rent it.
