Great experience! The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. The pickup and return process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend their service.
The car was clean and tidy, with no foul smelling odor or dust on the dash board. The pick up time was for 10:30 am, Marquis came at about 11:15 am. I spoke with him sternly regarding the lateness. He informed me that the car was being cleaned, and apologized sincerely for the lateness. Perceiving his demeanor, body language and tone of voice I sense the apology was sincere. Upon arrival to my hotel, I could not get the car to lock. I immediately contacted Marquis who informed me he will be at my hotel to take a look at the car, He came to my hotel within 30 minutes, and the problem with the car was resolved. Overall, my experience was great. I will rent whenever I am in the St. Louis Missouri area. Marquis was courteous as He should be. I’ve never rented from Turo however, based on my experience, I will give them a try in the near future. Life happens, my daughter and I were able to get to her game on time.

I will be always grateful for this trip. I have an issue with my credit card was expired and don’t know into the last minute in the car rent office. I was unable to rent a car and made a last minute appointment here. The owner give me the opportunity for pick up the car before the time with no issues. Owner was very nice and respectful. Car is very good on gas. Have a lot of technology.
