Communication was outstanding, the car was exactly as expected, and we had zero issues. The next time we’re in this part of the country and need a car, we’ll definitely rent from Darren again.

I just found about Turo when we booked our trip to Montana. When we landed at the airport the rental car lines were crazy long. We grabbed our bags and walked out to the van waiting for us. Amazing. The van was perfect for us. Nice clean and comfortable. Great decision.

This was our first experience using Turo or any non-traditional car rental company, so I was pretty nervous, but I soon found that I didn’t need to be. The car was easily found, and everything went according to plan. The experience was outstanding! The main difference from traditional renting, IMHO, was the app and the way that necessary information was sent to me as I needed it (what we used to call JIT - just in time), instead of in a long-form contract with lots of small print. Cole (the car owner) told me where to find the car, and explained how to return it, where to go to clean it up, and how to return it. It seemed that some of my texts (received in the app) were from Turo and some were from Cole, the owner, himself. When I had questions I sent a text via the app and Cole responded with the answer. Overall a great experience and less expensive than the traditional rental companies.
Excellent car for our trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone! We could tell the car was well-maintained. Clean and sturdy. Good gas mileage! Great alternative to the pricey car rental agencies in the area. Spencer communicated everything clearly in advance of our arrival and check out. Car was conveniently in the car share lot a few minutes walk from the terminal, super easy to check out at the end too. Zero complaints and would rent from Spencer again.
