The car ran well, pick up was a snap, it’s affordable and Sophie saved me when I accidentally locked the steering wheel on refueling. I will renting again soon!

The van is great. It met our needs nicely for 7 adults visiting Yellowstone. Comfortable, handled well, and quite maneuverable. The host was amazing, accommodating, and made the whole process smooth and simple. I would not hesitate renting this van again when the need arises!

Van was exactly as described. 10 pax, nothing fancy, did exactly what it was meant to do.
Mileage pretty tough at 15mpg but oh well.

When we arrived to BZN I texted in the app saying waiting for our bags and we’d be there shortly. When we arrived to the lot the van was nowhere to be found. 8 of us, ski bags in hand, 11:00am hoping to rush out to big sky and get a few afternoon laps in. One of the people that work for wild Ram group was on site and said “oh yeah the van just left I thought it was your group”…. They just leave the cars unlocked with the keys sitting inside. Another person who rented a similar van took the van I had rented. They ended up having to call local PD and the van didn’t return for 2 hours… 8 of us sitting in the parking lot hoping for an afternoon ski day, two of whom paid for a day pass, all ruined because they leave the cars unlocked. Still confused how they managed to have somebody there, on site, in the lot, and let a random customer drive away. The customer who stole the van is to blame as well but this all could’ve been avoided had they used a lock box or just handed me the keys! They were there in person anyways!
