The owner of the Ford Everest is very friendly and provided great convenience during both pickup and return, making the whole process very smooth and easy. The car was extremely clean and tidy. Had an absolute blast with this Mustang 🔥 Easily one of the highlights of my trip. The car itself was unreal — clean, powerful, and just a dream to drive around for a few days. You can tell it’s been really well looked after. But what really made the whole experience was the owner. Super easy to deal with, great communication the whole way through, and just an all-round top guy. Made everything smooth from pickup to drop-off. Would 100% rent again without even thinking twice. Mr. John upgraded my rental car free of charge, which let me experience the charm of a GT for the first time. This Mustang made my Great Ocean Road trip incredibly enjoyable. Meanwhile, Mr. John thoughtfully prepared an umbrella and water in the car. I will definitely rent a car from him again when I come to Melbourne next time.

5 stars. Car was reasonably clean and worked well considering its age and brand. Pickup and return near the airport was very easy and convenient. Host was prompt, supportive, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. Just note you should bring your own phone holder, and the charging output is quite low power so it may not charge devices properly while using navigation.
