Perfect car rental experience with really convenient process

The Kia Carnival was an absolute pleasure to rent. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable for everyone, with plenty of room for both passengers and luggage. The sliding doors were a lifesaver for getting in and out quickly, and the modern technology, like the large infotainment screen and multiple USB ports, made the trip even more enjoyable. The car handled smoothly on the road, and the fuel efficiency was surprisingly good for a vehicle of its size. Our host was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear, and they were very accommodating with our pick-up and drop-off times. The car was spotless and well-maintained, and the host made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Beautiful car to drive. Irwin and the staff at Aries were very lovely and accommodating - offering a free shuttle service from and to the airport as well as prompt responses including flexibility allowing an extended return of the car due to my work schedule running late. I rate only if the service worth that, and it’s exactly that company i rent the car, last 2024 model Kia Carnival, new and comfy car to travel around the Australia, team is best one, car located 7 minutes to drive away from the airport, they are arranged uber for me round trip to pick up/drop off, was always keep in touch with me, please try their service you would be happy, ill promise to you!

Booked the Kia CARNIVAL for our Family trip. What an amazing car. What a bargain for the price. We had the best road trip till now. Very comfortable, so much of space for family holiday. I was the only driver on a 4 day trip but driving the car never felt tiring. Early Pick up and after hour Drop off were very organised and well communicated. Tom and his team were always there for any queries. Very quick response and clear informations. Will book again for sure for our family holiday. Thank you for the amazing car. Overall. The car was great, pick up and drop off was easy, and all communications were good. Luckily we'd videoed the car exterior on pick up, as 2 hours after drop off the owner sent a picture of damage that they claimed we'd done. Fortunately our photo showed it was there prior to our collection. The owner apologised stating that they hadn't noticed it on their photos. It is a shame that he didn't check prior to the accusation. I hope this was just a one off, and not a regular occurrence to trap hirees for car repairs who don't take photos at pick up.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The car drove perfectly throughout our trip. Pickup and drop off at Perth International Airport was incredibly convenient and hassle free, which made travelling with the family much easier. The host was outstanding. Friendly, responsive, and proactive with communication. Everything was exactly as described, and the entire process was seamless. I would not hesitate to book with him again and highly recommend both the host and the vehicle to anyone visiting Perth.

Easy as it gets. All you need is a drivers license and Irwin and the team keep in touch. We were picked up with the shuttle and the car hand over was only 5 minutes. Return was just as seem less. Would absolutely rent with them again.
