Has everything for a reasonable price Car was in great condition, running Kumhos on the front and cheaper Chinese tires on the back with sufficient tread and grip to have safe fun. Great experience with the BMW X5. Very comfortable, smooth ride and surprisingly powerful for an SUV. The interior feels premium and spacious, perfect for longer trips. Easy to drive and very stable on the road. Would definitely rent it again.

Renting the car from Henrique was an absolutely perfect customer experience for us. The vehicle came reasonably freshly washed and thoroughly cleaned. All supplies topped up, including the vitals (brake fluid, coolant, window washer, engine oil recently changed) and the wheels were perfectly balanced and aligned too. The car provides for Bluetooth audio and BMW sat nav (for this model) so while life traffic isn't updated on maps, the route is perfectly planned. We used the option to have the car delivered and picked up, which was also flawlessly executed. We are pretty much committed to book again as there are no better options for someone fond of BMWs. Because we drove well and took care of the car as our own, we are also offered a 10% discount. Happy driving!

The car itself is a head-turner clean, futuristic, and an absolute blast to drive. It feels every bit as special as you’d expect, with smooth performance, sharp handling, and that unique hybrid punch the i8 is known for. What really made the trip exceptional, though, was Christian. He was incredibly easy to work with communicative, flexible, and genuinely friendly. His mannerisms are calm, professional, and welcoming, which instantly makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. He walked me through the features of the car, answered questions without hesitation, and made pickup and drop-off seamless. If you’re looking for a combination of luxury, fun, and a stress-free rental process, I can’t recommend Christian and his BMW i8 enough. I’d absolutely rent from him again.
