The car was delivered to the pick up bang on time. It was immaculate and Pete took time to ensure that all functions were explained - first time driving a Tesla so it was very welcome. Comms with Pete were informative and he answered questions. Also he doesn’t charge an ‘admin fee’ for passing on the bills for charging the car.
First time renting a Tesla and happy to report all went well. Figured out the car and charging and apartment from a panful experience with Charge Fox (avoid if you can) all went well. Car was in great shape and performed well.

Loved driving the Tesla. There were some glitches with app and payment at one point but Manny was quite responsive and helpful to ensure we could keep going. The car was also quite clean. The extra trunk space at the front was helpful for us (family of four)

Pete was friendly and helpful. Honoured to meet another Tesla fanatic and early adoptor, able to converse on technical knowledge and progress on EV. He was meticulous on the handover, return engagement and especially starting point of handover condition of the car has nothing for me to complain about. He ensured and provided extended support and advice for me as a new user in Turo (learnt a lot), for those like me shouldn't worry. Though I will advise people who want to fully experience fsd (point to point) to go for the 2025 model Y - hw4 version instead of hw3.
