The pick up and drop off process was simple and the vehicle great for the trip.

Roller door on back tray was broke and we were never told about it. Kept having to stop and pull it close as we were afraid of our bags and luggage flying out and hitting traffic behind us. Very frustrating as it added a lot of time onto our trip getting out every few minutes to pull close as we had nowhere else to store luggage. It was also a massive danger hazard.
