Mr. John upgraded my rental car free of charge, which let me experience the charm of a GT for the first time. This Mustang made my Great Ocean Road trip incredibly enjoyable. Meanwhile, Mr. John thoughtfully prepared an umbrella and water in the car. I will definitely rent a car from him again when I come to Melbourne next time.

Fantastic host! Super polite and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Great communication, pick up and drop off process was a breeze. Cars are clean and well presented. This is my second hire with this host and both cars have had a high quality phone mount already in the vehicle, (inclusive and not charged as an extra) a non-negotiable for me to use gps safely while driving. Happy to hire with this host again!

I recently rented a Kia Picanto and had a fantastic experience. The car was super economical on fuel, really easy to drive, and perfect for getting around the city. The rental process was smooth, with excellent customer service. Jay was professional, friendly, and offered a great price. I’ll definitely be renting again from him in the future. Highly recommended!
Pickup and drop off smooth, great car and very economical. 730km trip cost around 80$ in fuel for 2 people! Thanks Bruno

A smooth and stress-free trip! It was a very last minute hire for a 24 hour period, the host was prompt in their response accepting the hire and providing directions for an easy pickup and drop off process. A pleasure to deal with.

Highly recommend John’s M3. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Very very special driving experience, brutal performance, luxurious interior and BMW showmanship. Has everything for a reasonable price Car was in great condition, running Kumhos on the front and cheaper Chinese tires on the back with sufficient tread and grip to have safe fun. John and his team again made the whole process really smooth and convenient. Really handy to have plenty of unlimited street parking nearby to leave your car and swap Thanks again
Great little car for getting around, nice and clean and Dave was super helpful. Thanks!

Car was great only thing I wasn't use to is not having rear view camera, the car has it but didn't work. Head lights weren't very bright but overall great car thank you

The host is so friendly, the car is really good condition, i recommend to all users who need a reliable compact small car for travelling in melbourne
Car was great. Host was a amazing even though I was late on return very understanding and polite

It was a great trip, my 83 years old father enjoyed the trip and had a convertible experience, we had experienced difficulty at night and John called me to walk through the situation, his response was very fast and kind and generous

I would rate this more if I had options to add more starts. Next time I go to Melbourne, I login in to Turo, find Jay's profile, see what cars he has available, and book it - That should say a lot. Most important reason being the professionalism of the Host. It is important to know that Host runs this as a business, hence no fake bookings and last minutes cancellation as we can sometime unfortunately see on share-car rental platforms like this. One thing I learned from this booking, if you book with Jay, he has many cars on this platform, and it means you will NOT be sweating with fear of cancellation until you actually get keys to the car. For the Golf I hired, very fuel efficient, very well maintained, absolutely neat and tidy, with just one little issue i.e. the non drivers side rear door did not open from inside. Wasn't a problem for us at all as we were just part of two. Honestly the car felt like it was only couple of year young. The location for pick up is very easy, 20 minute cab drive from Airport and you are there. For me it was unattended, easy and simple process to pick up the car and drop it off. The instruction were very clear and communication very prompt. If you anyone is interested in public transport, there is a bus stop just 2 min walk away, that gives connection in and out of CBD. I don't know what more to say. Turo is a fantastic platform, but hosts like Jay, make it what it is. Hassel free and honest. In my case, he even went above and beyond to assist me as I accidentally left my hotel keys in the car when I returned it. Thank you Jay, fantastic car + every better service.
