It was my first time using this service. I would have appreciated a bit more clarity in the communication about how it all works. But the car was fine and I’m sure that if I need to use the service again, it will feel smoother and easier.. I was happy to find a car rental on a long weekend. So, overall I’m happy that we could still get away after having last minute car troubles..
