Amazing car, communicative host, slight issue while pickup, the app said key would be in a lockbox but apparently it was in-person handover, which was not communicated earlier
Hi Akshay, at the time of booking you informed us you would arrive about 40 minutes late to the pickup zone obviously was too late notice, even though the pickup window is 30 minutes. To help you, we arranged a self check-in by leaving the car in a nearby parking garage with the key available. We did this to accommodate your delay and make the pickup easier, so we’re surprised to see an issue raised with your trip.
