Everything about this trip and this car rental was amazing. It was very easy to pick up the car. The car was very clean and have a full tank of gas. I would absolutely rent a car with turtle again.

The car provided was as described and was half the price of other nig rental companies. The process was very smooth for both getting and returning the car.

Awesome, reliable car. Perfect for quick trips around the island. Host is communicative and gave detailed instructions for pick up and drop off. I thought this would be big enough for a surf board because it’s listed an SUV. It’s actually the size of a small car, which made small parking spots easy and we ended up not needing to bring boards around with us anyway. Would rent again!

I had a fantastic experience renting this Hyundai iMax from Lei. He was incredibly accommodating, even dropping the car off early at my hotel. On my return, I was originally supposed to park in the long-term lot, but since I needed to help my elderly parents check in at T1, Lei kindly met me at the drop-off area instead. To top it off, he even mailed a jacket back to my home address that I had accidentally left behind! The car itself was very spacious, clean, and impressive. I usually rent 8-seaters like the Toyota Tarago, but this was my first time in an iMax and I was very happy with it—it handled all our massive luggage easily. Highly recommend Lei as a host!

This is definitely the host that all cruise passengers should choose! While the rest of the people are fighting for taxis to take them to the airport to rent a car, we simply walked off the boat and went to the street. The Hyundai was exactly where it was supposed to be. It was clean and drove very well. The host communicated quickly each time. We drove here and there all over the place and, at the end, when I went to gas it up, the handle kept clicking off. I thought there was an issue with the pump but it turned out that it only needed a gallon and a half and was already full with barely any filling! Great car and an even better location and the best host! I would definitely rent from them again. Thank you!

Melvin was above and beyond as a host, I highly recommend renting a car from him and his family. There was an issue with a tire, and he went out of his way to address the issue and make sure that our vacation wasn’t disrupted. I couldn’t have asked for more, thank you, Melvin. The car itself was great, drove well, clean on pickup, comfortable, well priced. When coming back to Kauai I will look to rent a car from Melvin again.

David was communicative, pickup and drop off was easy with clear instructions, car drove well, overall very satisfied with our experience. Great cost friendly alternative to bigger car rental companies with a lot more flexibility, but come with the right expectations (i.e. don't expect a squeaky clean car)

car was older than i had expected- totally my fault , not the hosts ! but it was neat , clean - there was no bluetooth for music that i could find (for those who want that) but the host is great, could not be more helpful or understanding, pick up super easy and the price great . will def rent from again!!!

Nabil and team were absolutely fantastic! Easy reservation, fair price and great communication. While an older vehicle, the car was in perfect working order.

Easy pick up an drop off. Clean car with excellent gas mileage. Little tight with five adults but we didn’t do that often. Overall a worthwhile car to rent.
