A great hire for several reasons. Communication was quick and responsive, so I always felt well looked after and never like we were being a bother when reaching out. The vehicle was very diesel-efficient, which kept costs down despite current fuel prices. We also really appreciated the high-quality baby car seat (there were 2 options which was also great) - this made a big difference for us, especially traveling with a one year old. Car was good and well maintained! No complaints with that! I did have some troubles with the car seat but Damien understood the seriousness of the issue and organised another one for me quickly. My only concern was that I requested for a car to be picked up and dropped off at the airport which couldn’t be accommodated due to Turos policy but Damien and his crew booked uber for us from the airport till their site. A bit inconvenient in that regard but apart from that, no complaints!
