An easy five stars - we'd rent from these hosts again without hesitation. The Audi SQ5 was brilliant: spotlessly clean, mechanically flawless, and a genuinely fun drive. But the real highlight was the hosts themselves. A co-host met us at the airport and drove us directly to the car, and the same personal service was there at drop-off too. Communication throughout was fast and genuinely helpful - exactly what you hope for but don't always get. If you're looking for a premium car with hosts who actually go the extra mile, look no further.

The experience to rent car from Hayden was really good! It was easy to book the car, it was easy to find and pickup the car. The instructions I received from Hayden made pickup and return easy. The car was clean and spacious, and price was fair It was my first time using Turo for car rental, it’s definitely better experience compare to other car rentals in the airport

I had an excellent experience with this Audi Q5! The car quality was great and it was a pleasure to drive. A huge thanks to the host, communication was incredibly clear, positive, and easy from start to finish. The pickup and return process was smooth, though I did notice the area is quite dark for night-time returns. I’d suggest installing some perimeter or security lights just to help with visibility after hours. Overall, a definite 5/5 experience and I will absolutely book with this team again. This was my first Turo rental and I was looking for a comfortable automobile with excellent gas mileage (given the spike in prices on Oahu) so this Audi fit the bill. I like the hybrid drive train, the Quattro all wheel drive in the rain, as well as the 530 mile range after fueling. Fun car to drive and I would rent from Bruce again because it was very easy!

Pickup was seamless and the location was conveniently located near the airport. Host was responsive and communicated well. There was a last minute swap, but it’s to another car of the same make and model so all is good. As for the Audi, visually it’s seen better days, but it drives fine and is pretty good on gas!

The Audi was incredibly luxurious and a pleasure to drive. The owner made the entire pickup and drop off process seamless and convenient, and even accommodated delivery and pickup in Hawaii Kai. Excellent experience from start to finish. I would definitely rent from him again!!

We had a great experience renting Brady’s Audi A5. The car was spotless, drove beautifully, and having the top down was such a fun touch. Apple CarPlay worked perfectly, which made navigating and playing music super easy.
