Excellent car rental experience from start to finish! The service was outstanding—everything was clearly explained which made driving stress-free and easy. The car itself was in great condition, very clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for our needs. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. What really stood out was the thoughtful gesture upon returning the car at the airport—the owner even provided an airport trolley, which was incredibly helpful and truly appreciated. That extra care made a big difference. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service and attention to detail. I’m very happy with this rental and will definitely rent from them again. Perfect car for a family of 8! It was clean, comfortable, and had a very spacious trunk that easily fit all of our luggage. The car was well maintained and made our trip smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Twenty Stars, The vehicle was just what we needed for a group of 5 adults and one kid. very spacious clean vehicle. This Kia was smooth to drive and be a passenger in. Fabian’ is amazing to deal with always communicates, he sends” how you going” messages to mark sure no issues! Brilliant highly, highly recommend.

Great vehicle. Clean and mechanical sound. Cruise control and apple car play all worked very well. For others must remember no front or rear parking sensors if you are used to them.

Couldn't have asked for a better car and host, Fabian went above and beyond for all our needs. His 2017 Kia Carnival ran beautifully and had heaps of space for 8 people and a lot of luggage. If I'm ever back in the goldie I will 100% book with Fabian again, can't recommend him enough!

Fabian is a really nice guy. He dropped off the car to me directly at Gold Coast Airport and personally explained the features of the vehicle. That kind of service is something you don’t usually get when hiring a car elsewhere. The 2016 Kia Carnival was well maintained and had a shiny, almost new look when it was delivered to me. I’m sure Fabian has taken great care of it. I’d happily recommend Fabian and his fleet without hesitation.
