The car itself was fine. A little smelly inside but overall everything worked. The air con ticked which was slightly annoying.
Tyler unfortunately wasn’t too helpful. When asking to change to pick up location as we were coming from Brisbane airport, he wouldn’t even help by dropping it at the nearest train station from that address. The address to collect the car was also not showing and he would not advise this until the day of the collection. Which wasn’t great when you’re trying to plan how you will get there. Wouldn’t book with Tyler again :(

I am sorry your trip was unsatisfactory. I have put additional air fresheners in the car and haven't encountered any ticking from the aircon. As discussed, Brisbane airport is not a drop off option for me as it is over an hour drive away. I did offer to drop it off at the closest station to the car, but you refused and wanted it dropped off at a different train station. The car's exact location was hidden until the day of pickup, but the street name was given when you booked.

The car was nice, clean. Pick up was easy.
However there were some issues with the car keypad not working, and also key becoming jammed in the ignition. Once reported I was told the owner was aware of this/ is “quite common” in older models of this car - luckily I was in a safe area to park the car, as the response took 12 hours to resolve/ I was left to sort this out myself.
I would only rebook this car if these issues were resolved.
