The car ran well for our trip to Arizona. Everything was well the only thing we had problem with was the air condition In the back wasn’t fully working as well as it should. Sitting in the second row to the back seat was still hot. Maybe working on the air con to have full pressure of cool air to come out. Everything else was Great!

Daniel was my first rental on Turo and he was easy to work with. From the rental process to pick-up and drop-off, the entire process was seamless. His 10-passenger van was affordable for our short-family vacation in San Diego and an amazing vehicle to have that enhanced our memories filled with laughter and joy having everyone together during our road travels from San Diego to Orange County through to Los Angeles. While the Van provided a television for entertainment, it was not needed for us but I am certain that it will benefit others. A great feature to the Van!! The only trouble we had, at first, was locating the gas tank. It took us a while to locate it, but after the while we decided to look it up on YouTube and we found it. It is located at the Driver side, unnoticeable because the cover blends in with the door and Van’s side panel. Haha. Rent this Van from Daniel. I promise you that you will not regret it!! Honestly, it was an excellent car. I rely on reviews myself, and I couldn't give this car a bad one—there was absolutely nothing to complain about. There was just a tiny issue with CarPlay; it worked perfectly for the first three hours of the trip, but then had a glitch. However, they provided great support and told me they would fix it. They even said that if I needed to buy a GPS device, I could purchase it myself and they would reimburse me. They are very good, kind people who provided excellent service; I loved it and would definitely work with them again. I’m leaving very happy and satisfied; mechanically, the car was excellent, and the condition of the seats, dashboard, and handling was perfect—everything was in great shape. Thank you so much—I’m leaving very happy. It was an excellent car, and the hosts are always attentive and stay on top of everything that happens. I’m really happy with you all—thank you.
