Absolutely made our trip!! We had friends visiting from out of town and the van was the perfect addition to ensure we could all go places together. The 2017 Ford Transit that we rented was nice, clean, and in very good condition. This vehicle is excellent on gas. Even with the high gas prices now, the Ford Transit ran a long ways before we had to refill on fuel. Mr. Isaiah is a very nice person with great customer service. The previous person I was renting from, vehicle was not ready at rental time. Mr Isaiah was there to save our trip!. Anyone needing a Transit vehicle, I highly recommend renting from Mr. Isaiah. I most definitely will rent from him again.

We rented the 15-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Van for a weekend trip from Seattle to Wenatchee for the Rufus Du Sol concerts at Gorge Amphitheatre (Jun.5-7), and it was absolutely perfect. With a group of 15 friends traveling together, comfort and reliability were a huge priority, and this van exceeded all expectations. The Sprinter was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable for the drive. There was plenty of room for everyone and our belongings, making the trip stress-free and enjoyable. The vehicle drove smoothly, had excellent fuel efficiency for its size, and made the entire experience feel more like a luxury road trip than a rental. Having everyone travel together added so much to the weekend, and the Sprinter became part of the experience itself. We rented this 2014 Ford Econoline for two days while our cruise ship was in Kauaʻi, and it worked out perfectly for our group of 10. The van was exactly what we needed to explore the island comfortably and gave us the flexibility to see much more than we could on a ship excursion. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the rental process. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and the location was convenient for cruise passengers. There is parking available near the pier for about $20, which made logistics simple. The van was reliable, spacious, and a great value for a larger group. Van rental was easy with multiple videos showing how to utilize the wheelchair strap down. Sophia was great to deal with. (5 stars) Turo website and app are TERRIBLE (0 stars) Even though I have used Turo in the past, every logon required me to call customer support to get out of Verification hell. Codes were never sent to my phone or email. Get your act together Turo!
