Easy pickup and Dropoff and much easier going host. Totally recommend getting this transit van. Not mentioning it got CarPlay so life is a lot easier

Khoa, owner of the van was very accommodating by letting me pick up the van early. However,the van itself was making a squeaking sound when driving, the side door was difficult to close completely from time to time. I was not happy when Khoa did not disclose that there would be a charge to ship my neck pillow back that I accidentally left in the van after dropping off it off. It ended up costing me more to retrieve it than to buy it.I felt like there was a lack of transparency, something I could have avoided .

Regarding the neck pillow, I returned it as a courtesy after the trip. Due to the 40-mile round trip, I shipped it via USPS with your agreement, using the lowest-cost option and no added fees, which you paid without dispute. I aim to be transparent and provide a smooth experience for all guests.
