Dammy was also very accommodating when we needed to extend our rental for an extra hour, which we really appreciated. The van fit all 12 passengers comfortably along with all of our luggage, making it perfect for our trip. Everything was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. The 2017 Ford Transit that we rented was nice, clean, and in very good condition. This vehicle is excellent on gas. Even with the high gas prices now, the Ford Transit ran a long ways before we had to refill on fuel. Mr. Isaiah is a very nice person with great customer service. The previous person I was renting from, vehicle was not ready at rental time. Mr Isaiah was there to save our trip!. Anyone needing a Transit vehicle, I highly recommend renting from Mr. Isaiah. Absolutely made our trip!! We had friends visiting from out of town and the van was the perfect addition to ensure we could all go places together. We rented the 15-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Van for a weekend trip from Seattle to Wenatchee for the Rufus Du Sol concerts at Gorge Amphitheatre (Jun.5-7), and it was absolutely perfect. With a group of 15 friends traveling together, comfort and reliability were a huge priority, and this van exceeded all expectations. The Sprinter was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable for the drive. There was plenty of room for everyone and our belongings, making the trip stress-free and enjoyable. The vehicle drove smoothly, had excellent fuel efficiency for its size, and made the entire experience feel more like a luxury road trip than a rental. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, and the communication throughout the rental process was outstanding. Having everyone travel together added so much to the weekend, and the Sprinter became part of the experience itself. Between the winery stop, the concerts, and all the memories made along the way, this rental helped make an unforgettable weekend even better. Van rental was easy with multiple videos showing how to utilize the wheelchair strap down. Sophia was great to deal with. (5 stars) Turo website and app are TERRIBLE (0 stars) Even though I have used Turo in the past, every logon required me to call customer support to get out of Verification hell. Codes were never sent to my phone or email. Get your act together Turo!

If you're hesitant because this is a newer listing, don't be. This was one of the best Turo experiences we've had. The Transit van was spotless, exactly as pictured, and incredibly comfortable to drive and ride in. It handled beautifully on our trip, and there was plenty of storage space behind the seats for all of our luggage and gear. What really stood out was the host. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every message was answered quickly, and when we had a minor issue during the trip, he handled it immediately and professionally. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the gas fill location is by the driver's side door, so we had to look it up. That's not a complaint at all—just a helpful tip for future renters.
