This was my first time renting from Turo. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it went smoothly. The van was clean and in good working condition. Jims was very responsive to my messages. I would use both Turo and this host again!

The van was perfect for our trip! It was very clean and roomy for our group. Pick up and drop off was super easy. The host was great and quick to respond when I reached out to him. I had an issue at the beginning due to something I did incorrectly because I had never used Turo before. Host was patient with me as I figured out how to correct the problem. He made sure I still had the van available for our trip. I recommend this vehicle and this host for your next group trip!!

The van was excellent for our weekend trip to run a relay race with friends! Easy pick-up, great host and communication. The van was clean and spacious — especially the back area for storage! Handoff at the end of the weekend was easy to coordinate, and we can’t wait to rent the van again for our next team relay run.

The van is immaculate. Pictures did not justify how clean this vehicle was at pickup. This was my first Turo trip and the host made this a very simple process. If I ever need for a passenger van in the future, I am checking to see if this vehicle and host is available.
