This place usually has good rentals, so I was surprised with this one! They’re literally my go-to place! But this experience was absolutely terrible from the top down! I don’t believe that anyone actually checked over this vehicle or the overall maintenance of it before listing it to be rented; otherwise, it wouldn’t have passed inspection! I was unaware of the technicalities of the vehicle until I made it home to load my family up! The passenger side sliding door literally started falling apart! I reached out to the host to let her know the troubles I was having, and she responded, “Thanks for making us aware”! Not exactly the response you send to someone who is renting your vehicle that’s falling apart, but anyway… upon further inspection, it was clear the wrong panel was attached to the door! And it was only being held on by ONE screw, which was also on its way out! There was a window button on said panel, but because it wasn’t for the door and apparently just for looks... that didn’t work either! During my trip, we experienced a near-miss incident on the highway where the sliding door came open while driving due to the fact that it came off track, literally hanging out the door! At that point, we had to take that panel off so we could safely get home! All of this was brought to the host’s attention, and she told me that I didn’t close the door properly, and that’s why the door came open! Lol, it’s laughable because the door was broken to begin with, yet it was still rented out, so tell me how I’m at fault for trying to utilize a door on a vehicle I’ve paid for that doesn’t work?! Once that door was initially opened after pick-up, it was downhill from there!! I was originally scheduled for a 2-day rental and, despite requesting one day (which was denied) because this company doesn’t do those, I agreed to keep the vehicle for the allotted time and planned our trip accordingly! Which also got cut short because we were literally relying on the vehicle to get around! I requested a refund from the host for the early return due to the faulty nature of this vehicle, and I was denied because she thought I was running game since I asked for a one-day rental prior. I paid for 2 days and then ended up bringing it back in one day! The host literally told me that I was just trying to get my money back because I asked for a one-day rental and was denied! Who pays for something not to use it to capacity! If I truly wanted a one-day rental, I would’ve canceled this rental altogether and gone with a much better and now to my knowledge safer option! But I kept it because our trip plans grew, and the vehicle was needed at that point! So NO, it had nothing to do with running game for a refund… it all boils down to the safety of the vehicles they are renting out to people! I WILL NOT BE RENTING FROM THEM AGAIN ! Not because they don’t have other good vehicles but on the strength of how the company is ran! Poor customer service— terrible host— rude, and the customer is to blame when something is wrong and it’s brought to their attention more than once, yet the host is at fault! Due to the nature of this rental experience, I had no choice but to report it to Turo, the Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau! It’s bigger than a refund and now a safety issue, and they will continue to operate poorly if someone doesn’t speak up! The moral of the story is: You attract more bees with honey than vinegar, and their cup is overflowing with it! RENT WITH CAUTION!!

The van was not clean when I picked it up for my reservation. Additionally, the passenger side sliding door was off track and could not be used properly. I brought this to the staff’s attention before leaving the parking lot, and they performed a quick repair, assuring me the issue was resolved.

However, once I arrived home to load the van, the sliding door came off track again. I contacted the office and was informed that no comparable replacement vehicle was available. I was given the option to rent from another location or simply avoid using the door during my trip.

Given that the vehicle was not in proper working condition and the issue affected its functionality throughout my rental period, I was disappointed that the only accommodation offered was a discount on a future rental rather than a resolution for the current reservation.

Great van, available on short notice when Enterprise left us up a creek without a paddle. Nice, clean van that held my team of 6 with no issues. This is my first Turo experience and it was a pleasure. Thanks, gang.

Pretty disappointed. The car is advertised as having USB ports yet none of them work. On a long road trip, it’s super inconvenient to have to look down at your phone for directions as well as not having anywhere to charge your phone! Secondly, the passenger side door is damaged and comes off and sometimes that door doesn’t close completely. I saw reviews about the USB ports from a year ago and assumed it had been fixed since the host is still listing it has having these features. I think the most frustrating part was I messaged the host immediately after picking up the car and they just ignored my message all together. I would not recommend.
