Excellent rental experience! The 15-passenger van was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone. It drove very well and was unbelievably good on gas, especially for a vehicle of its size. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and easy. It was perfect for our trip, and I absolutely loved it! I will definitely rent this van again for our next trip. Highly recommended!
John was responsive to my questions and met us at the baggage check when we arrived. That saved us on paying for parking. When we dropped the car off, they met us at the airport departures terminal which was convenient. The vehicle had an extra long bed in back which easily accommodated all our groups luggage. The van was clean inside but had not been washed on the outside which was no big deal. John apologized for the external cleanliness but, again, no big deal. Overall we were pleased with the rental experience and would recommend this vehicle for anyone who has a large group to transport.

The 2017 Ford Transit that we rented was nice, clean, and in very good condition. This vehicle is excellent on gas. Even with the high gas prices now, the Ford Transit ran a long ways before we had to refill on fuel. Mr. Isaiah is a very nice person with great customer service. The previous person I was renting from, vehicle was not ready at rental time. Mr Isaiah was there to save our trip!. Anyone needing a Transit vehicle, I highly recommend renting from Mr. Isaiah. I most definitely will rent from him again.

Great host easy to contact when needed. A cargo van was great for the project however the sliding door sensor consistently go off so you will have to tune out warning signal it worked just fine

The price was extremely reasonable given the high quality of the vehicle and the amenities included. Everything was great . Host was very helpful and was there for every question we had. I was about 15 minutes late bringing back due to silly policy at the gas station where I had to go inside and pay 3 times and start pumping gas agin but that was on me. Everything went well aside from my miscommunication with where to pick up the car. For an outsider like me and not super familiar with Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, we discovered it at Evans Field not McNamara. Totally my mistake. The van was great and had no problems on our trip! It had plenty of room for our trapshooting team and gear! The cooler was an extra touch and super helpful for the hot days at the range!
