We were very happy with the Sprinter! Our big things are temperature and reliability, and this van fit the bill completely. The tinting and A/C were wonderful and with a long drive from AZ to WY and back we had no troubles whatsoever. We were comfortable, and the entertainment center worked great. The whole rental process from start to finish could not have been more simple. We’ve rented vehicles many times from many companies, and we decided Turo is the way to go from here on out. A personal touch with professional service, and the easy and prompt pick-up and drop-off was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

The quality of this vehicle was fantastic! After an awful mixup at budget for a large passenger van, this was the only vehicle that we could find. I was hesitant at first since I have never used this platform before but with the lack of options, I was left with no choice. I was blown away by the customer service and the quality of the vehicle that we rented! The vehicle was in excellent shape with all of the amenities the kids and the family needed for traveling. We created the reservation and requested a short time for pick up. We were desperate and he came through with flying colors! We were able to pick up the vehicle one hour after reserving it and it saved our entire trip! Thank you so much for the great service and we will look forward to renting from you again!
The van was outstanding when it came to fitting nine people, and driving from Phoenix to California then back to Phoenix. The AC is nice and cold and the host responded quickly when I had a question! The vehicle does okay on gas.
