Very disappointed the car was dirty last customer had stuff in it the was also very dirty on the outside and looked very bad paint peeling have problems starting was very disappointing and gas tank was on 1/2 tank

Overall, the car was fine but not really clean. The experience could be improved with clearer instructions.
There were no explanations on how to start the car, especially since the key could not be inserted in a traditional way. This was confusing and caused some unnecessary stress at the beginning.
I also had difficulty figuring out how to open the fuel tank, as it requires pressing a specific button that was not indicated anywhere.
I reached out to the host for help but unfortunately did not receive a response.
Providing basic instructions for these features would make the experience much smoother for future renters.
