Zac was so hot and it was 95 degrees
burns gas fast
but drives smooth
Hi Kristie, thank you for your feedback. We checked the vehicle immediately after your trip and the AC system was working properly and cooling normally. Orlando temperatures were extremely high during your rental period, which can make vehicles take longer to cool after being parked in the sun. We still appreciate your feedback and will continue making sure the vehicle stays in excellent condition for future guests.”

Also, the location of pick up/drop off was not what was listed in the app. This could be a problem when someone Ubers or gets dropped off. (I’d see if TURO can fix this ASAP)
