SUV rental at Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC)

We had a great experience renting this Tesla Model Y! The car was in excellent condition, drove perfectly, and we didn’t have any issues throughout the entire trip. The host was incredibly friendly, easy to work with, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The whole rental process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend both this Tesla and the host, and I’d be happy to rent from them again!

Everything about the car was great- clean, runs well, enough space for everyone. The best part was being able to return the car on a Sunday. That’s not an option with the corporate rental companies.

We rented Inderpal’s 2019 BMW X3 Turbo for a family weekend trip, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, reliable, and had plenty of room for our family. The turbocharged engine made driving enjoyable, whether we were cruising around town or on the highway. Inderpal was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the rental process. Everything went smoothly, and the car was exactly as described. The suburban was the perfect car for my family trip to Tahoe for ski week. Between myself and my three kids we had a ton of gear to take with us and needed something big, safe, and capable of handling multiple terrains. I felt so lucky to have found this car for our trip. The price was good, the car was clean, and easy to access. The best part was how easy it was to communicate with the host. No matter how many times I reached out (there were many), or what time day or night my calls were always answered and I felt very taken care of. VIP service 100% !!’ Book with this host, you will not be disappointed. I’ll never go to a traditional rental agency again.

Josh and Jen are great hosts. Great communication and were able to answer my questions. The 2026 GMC Yukon XL AT4 was clean and well kept when I picked it up. It was practically brand new. Pickup and return were easy and simple. The mild lift, custom wheels, tinted glass, and bigger tires really make this SUV stand out amongst the rest. It rides great down the road and was very comfortable. I've driven large SUVs/trucks and this one is just as easy to drive. Just need to be mindful of the size when parking. The AT4 has plenty of tech, cameras, and sensors to help with fitting it into spaces and around tight corners. The diesel engine gets great fuel economy on the highway and even on mountain roads with plenty of power to pull the Yukon XL along with passengers and cargo. If you've never driven a diesel before just know the engine is louder than its gasoline counterpart. I wasn't sure how much cargo room the Yukon XL would have, but it fit 5 to 7 people with no problem and our luggage with ease. Very pleased with this entire rental process and super impressed with the 2026 Yukon XL AT4 also.

the car was great road smooth and very clean, i loved that i could pick the car up straight from the airport because rafael dropped it off there. i was a little confused on where exactly to pickup the car while at the airport because i was unfamiliar with that particular airport, so maybe clearer instructions on where to pickup up the vehicle. and i just charged it to convenience because he did drop it off at the airport for me and i didn’t have to order a lyft to get it but you will have to pay to get out of the parking lot just 4 dollars though. overall great price great convenience and great help with finding the car from rafael, i would get it again.

Zaid was an excellent host. Communication was great from start to finish, and the entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free. Pickup and return were easy, and Zaid was friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout the trip. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great Turo experience.
