The pickup and return was very easy through the app. During my rental I noticed the windshield wipers needed replacing so I took a pic and submitted thru the app to inform the owner and asked if I was to replace them since it was raining at the time would I be reimbursed and I received a response at a reasonable time informing me to buy the wipers and submit a picture of the wipers and the receipt I will be reimbursed. I ended up not getting them because it slipped my mind being the fact that it was no longer raining. I will be renting from you again in the near future thank you.
