Great ride! We had an issue with the remote unlock, but the host was super responsive and met is quickly to unlock. Would rent again!
Overall I was very happy with the car. Drove great, fantastic gas mileage and no mechanical issues. The only downside was that the car had a bad smell to it. It was very noticeable for the first 3-4 days, mainly when the car had set for a while and first getting in, and then it seemed to dissipate. I also noticed that paint was starting to come off the car, primarily on the drivers side rear of the vehicle. For a 2025 this should not be happening and likely a factory defect. Had zero impact on the drivability of the car, just something that I noticed and should be taken back to the dealer for inspection. Other than that I enjoyed the car and I would definitely rent again.
Car rides smooth, spacious.. Host was very responsive since this was my first time using turo I really appreciated it. I only had issues with the turo app. I needed to change dates for mileage purposes it was confusing. But now I know. If your driving 4-5 hours round trip need to calculate mileage and pay for additional days. But other than that very smooth.
The original car we booked was unavailable due to maintence being done. The host was gracious enough to upgrade us to a nicer SUV. Highly recommend renting him this host I know I will be in the future.
