Car was fine and very comfortable. The only negative was the car was parked in the parking garage 24 hours prior to my reservation so had to pay $36 to leave the parking garage. Otherwise, no issues!

I really enjoyed renting from Lainie. The car was clean and the pick up was convenient and easy. Lainie responded quickly to any concerns I had and was so kind and flexible when I needed to extend my return time. I especially appreciated the smoke detector in the car - my first Turo rental (different host, NOT Lainie) smelled like Grandma’s house in the 80’s and it made my whole trip nauseating. To know that Lainie actually takes the no smoking rule seriously is enough to make me want to only rent from her going forward. This experience with Lainie restored my faith in Turo. Thank you!

Car work out perfect, easy communication, clean and easy to locate when picking up. Would rent again. Added two booster seats and they were in the car and ready to go.
Car was clean, excellent self driving. Host was responsible with timely communication. One less star for one of the tire kept losing air pressure to 25-30 that started on second day and had to fill air every day to keep it last until my trip was over. Even took the car to get the tire repaired, however tire was already repaired and needed replacement.
