1/3 of a tank and almost empty are two completely different things, sir! You were made aware of this as well as as an apology for the previous customer, not doing the right thing and filling it back up / dropping it off five hours late. I apologized and gave you free prepaid fuel for the inconvenience. So it’s not like you weren’t aware of this! Sometimes things are out of the host’s hands and if I go out of my way to make it right, I’d appreciate it if you tell the whole story
