I’m thankful and appreciative of Erica and how she runs things. Once booked I needed to change pick up times, not only did she help direct me to when I do it, she also communicated back too me in a timely manner . She helped me with the check in process and even took the pictures for me.. she communicated with me while on vacation to give me updates on everything I may need. When I returned I forgot to take my pictures and she was gracious of enough to help me with the check out process as well. Picking up the car was the most easiest process. She even made sure that you had a great vacation. She’s the best and I advise yall to come rent her cars. She even made sure that the oil was change and the car was filled with gas before I left. I didn’t have to stop for gas on my way to my destination. Thank you Erica, I will be renting again!
