First off, John was excellent to work with. He was more than cooperative in anything I asked of him. The car was good. Volkswagen, clean great condition. Was at the airport as i asked it to be. He told me exactly where it was going to be. I told him I was there he unlocked the car remotely. A great rental experience. I will look to John the next trip to MKE
