Renting this 4Runner for our month on Kauaʻi was an amazing experience from start to finish! The vehicle was super clean, ran perfectly, and was the ideal ride for exploring the island. The price was fantastic for a long-term rental, and pick-up/drop-off was completely seamless. This car rental was perfect for our honeymoon trip to Kauai. Great on gas, clean, spacious, and has CarPlay so we were able to connect our Google maps and Spotify to the car easily. I also got the beach and cooler add on which was a great addition. Mona also replied quickly and was always helpful! This was an easy pick up and drop off. Great price and experience overall. Bryan was an outstanding host from start to finish! He reached out right after we booked with helpful travel tips and made our first Turo experience incredibly easy and smooth. Unfortunately, we ended up stuck in Kauai during Hurricane Lowell. Our flights were canceled, roads were closed, and we had to unexpectedly extend our trip by two days. Bryan’s first concern was making sure our family was safe, and he was incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating throughout the entire situation. He worked with us on the additional days and the rate, knowing we were already dealing with unexpected expenses. When gas stations were closed or just beginning to reopen, he was also completely understanding about us returning the car without refueling. He was wonderful for a family traveling with kids, even offering us a cooler, beach toys, umbrellas, and other things we might need during our stay. We were respectful of the vehicle, but also appreciated that it felt like a car our family could actually enjoy and use on vacation. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better host, especially during such an unexpected and stressful situation. Bryan went above and beyond for us, and we would absolutely rent from him again the next time we’re in Kauai. Highly recommend!

The 4Runner is a beast! So much room for our family. Pristine condition. The lift kit and 4WD puts it over the top! Definitely felt safe on the wet roads. The price is unbeatable. Good luck finding a comparable rental through any of the regular companies. Always support local. Zavier is an incredible host and provides excellent customer service. Brent is the best. In his family were so accommodating to our needs as the trip extended. He was so communicative the entire time always giving us his recommendations and ideal places to check out. His local knowledge is pretty extensive and the food recommendations were stellar. My wife and I are 4Runner people in his vehicle was exactly what we were hoping for. Immediately picking it up once we landed at Lihue - the car was offered spotless clean with a full tank of gas. We were able to complete our trip with no issues keeping the car as respectfully clean as possible. Brent and his family have a really good thing going with his fleet and I wish him nothing but the best. Will definitely be contacting him again.
Lauren’s 2025 Chevy Suburban was absolutely incredible—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. Having the 9th seat was clutch, especially for getting to and from the airport. We had to fold down one side of the third row to fit all our luggage, and without that extra seat, we wouldn’t have had enough seat belts. But what truly made this rental exceptional was the host, Lauren. I’ve rented from her multiple times before, and she nails it every single trip. Her customer service is flawless—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. After dealing with the big-name rental companies here on Kauai - Avis, Budget, Enterprise and Hertz in the past, I can honestly say this was a night-and-day difference. No long lines, no waiting and you get the exact vehicle you booked— just an enjoyable, stress-free, and seamless experience.

Daniel was a fabulous host right off the bat. Brent was an exceptional host. He was so accommodating with the hurricane delays. Offered beach chairs, umbrella, and ice chest free of charge for us to use for the whole week.
